Travel is the most rewarding industry as our clients are always positive and there is something new to learn every day.

My favourite travel experience

Antarctica! Well, that is this year – but before that it was the Galapagos, Egypt, Africa, cycling in France, food and wine in Italy, skiing in America. Please don’t make me choose!

Our top 3 corporate travel tips

  • Have your travel agent’s contacts close to hand whilst travelling
  • Don’t pack anything into your check-in baggage that you will need but can’t replace quickly upon arrival.
  • Drink plenty of water whilst travelling in the air and on the ground

Eg A client booked into an apartment in Rome lost the telephone number of the key -holder on arrival. They rang us in Australia for help but the Australian office was closed. We rang the owner of the Hassler Hotel and asked them take the traveller in for the night whilst we organised an alternative key
